Kovdor Phlogopite mine (Mica Mine; Slyuda Mine; Kovdorslyuda Shaft), Kovdor Massif, Kola Peninsula, Murmanskaja Oblast', Northern Region, Russia

Greenish-black double terminated crystal of Magnesioalumokatophorite and some of its sections in granular Fluorapatite. Associating mineral is olive-green Diopside. FOV is ~12x10 mm. Collected by Igor Pekov in June 1992. Pavel M. Kartashov collection (#3016) and photo.
