Yaogangxian Mine, Yizhang Co., Chenzhou Prefecture, Hunan Province, China 5.8 x 5.3 x 3.8 cm. You mostly see boulangerite as merely a color tone inclusion inside calcites from Eastern Europe. In this Chinese specimen, it is represented by a rich carpet of fine needles at the base of gemmy quartz crystals. |
