Beryl (Var: Goshenite) : Be3Al2Si6O18

Gilgit, Gilgit District, Northern Areas, Pakistan

Single crystal of water-clear beryl without matrix. The crystal is the Goshenite variety of beryl (colorless) and has a single flaw in the interior, otherwise is gem grade. No damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 20x8x7 mm. Size of individual crystals: 20 mm.
