Cumberland Mine, Central Tennessee Ba-F-Pb-Zn District, Smith Co., Tennessee, USA

Large golden-orange Calcite crystal attached to a thin Chert matrix, which is covered by numerous transparent, light-yellow Calcite crystals. Minor "Ruby Jack" Sphalerite on the rear of the plate. Calcite crystal measures 17 x 10.3 cm; overall size of specimen is 25 x 14 cm.

A group of parallel double terminated calcite crystals stacked up on a shard of breccia. The calcite has wonderful gemmy golden brown termination.

Huge Golden Calcite, doubly terminated, sitting atop matrix covered with Barian Celestine!
This is an incredible large cabinet specimen! The Calcite is absolutely perfect with no damage anywhere!
It has some slight inclusions of Barian Celestine crystals on the very top faces and a deep, golden brown
coloration. I would call this crystal ...
