Pyroxene Group, Scapolite Group, Calcite : CaCO3

Bower's Point Roadcut, Baptiste Lake, Herschel Township, Bancroft District, Hastings Co., Ontario, Canada

This is a small skarn sample of dark green Pyroxene, with yellow Scapolite, on pink Calcite. The sample is from Bower's Point Road cut near the Warwickite occurrence. The sample is 6cm long, by 4.1 cm wide, and 1.9 cm tall. From M. Adamowicz collection.
