Mariana (Marianna de Itacolumy), Minas Gerais, Southeast Region, Brazil 7.9 x 6.3 x 3.1 cm. This specimen of drusy crystallized chalcophyllite is a rarity: the only one I have seen from Brazil. Although the crystals are small it is overall a pretty, sparkling specimen with lots of color coverage. Ex. Philadelphia Academy of Sciences Collection. |
