Mineralization is a lenticular orebody in a vein deposit. The best ore values occur in oxidized streaks, mostly on the hanging wall, but also on the foot-wall, usually associated with or near the granite porphyry.
A NNW to WNW-trending vein and fault system occurs in Tertiary volcanic rocks. A N30ºW-trending fault ledge cuts the ore vein to the east. The fault, Meals Ledge, is a vein of low grade ore.
