A pyrite occurrence/prospect located in the SE¼ sec. 22, T40N, R6W, G&SM, 16.5 km (10.3 miles) WSW of Kaibab (town), along the N side of Sandridge Wash, W of the SW corner of the Kaibab Indian Reservation, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by United Uranium Incorporated, Idaho (1953). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 500 meters.

Local rocks include rocks of the Chinle Formation.
