An uranium bearing granite pegmatite in amphibolite and hornblende gneiss.
"The deposit was worked by Canadian Dyno Mines Limited from 1954 to 1960. It was discovered in 1953 by Paul Muilliette. A shaft was sunk to a depth of 524.6 m was used and a mill operated on the site. Production amounted to 363,758 kg of U308."
