The mine worked 3 main lodes-
The south lode varies in width between 2ft to 5ft from the 36fthm to 46fthm level.
Calloway's lode bears east-west and varies in width from 1ft to 2.5ft.
Kernick's lode varies in width from 0.5ft to 12ft in width.
All of the lodes consisted of 'earthy brown iron ore, black and vitreous copper-ore and iron and copper pyrites with quartz.'
