A gold property restarted about 1985. Owned by Minex (subsidiary of Greenwich Resources, Inc.).

Auriferous quartz veins occur as discontinuous lenses, veinlets and stringers in silicified volcanics. Ore grade: 9.7 g/t. Ore Tonnage: 730,000 tons. Located 180km NNW of Port Sudan.
