Pepita mine includes two accesible mine entrances in order to extract glauberite, one belongs to Alcanadre and the other to Agoncillo. The mining concession expired a few years ago. In Alcanadre has a small gallery in a glauberite layer with crystals up to 3 cm.
Apparently these mines are located on the slope (Ladera) called Ladera de las Cascabillas, between Arrubal and Alcanadre.
