Skarn-type (?) iron deposit, occurring in the contact zone between an Oligocene granitic plug (Syakh Jar granite) and Late-Triassic-Middle Jurassic hornfels. The ore body is 150 m long, up to 3.5 m thick and has speculative reserves of 40-45 million tons of ore.
