Ref.: The Iron Mines of New Jersey (1910), Bayley:263; NJ State Geol. Annual Rpts.: (1876):52; (1879):76; (1884):103. An iron exploration located about 1¼ miles (2 km) SE of Warrenville. Started 1874. Ore deposit was possibly a magnetitic pegmatite. Produced a total of 100 tons of ore only.
