An iron mine in magnetite ore located on Mine Hill, East of Succasunna. Started & closed before 1855; reopened before 1868 and closed about 1876. Ore deposit was 10 to 14 feet (3.1 to 4.2 meters) wide. Workings were 125 feet deep.
