A Cu occurrence located in sec. 36, T5S, R13E, about 1¾ miles SSW of Ripsey Hill, on federal land.
Mineralization is a tabular ore body with bedding ore controls. Quartz veins are parallel to the bedding. Limonitic stain, alum, fractures in rock. No visible copper. Hosted in Troy Quartzite (upper unit) and the Ruin (Oracle) Granite. The ore zone strikes N15E and dips 67W. Alteration is sericitic with gossan.
