Abandoned quarry near the headland of Glyvursnes about 3 km SE of Thorshavn.
June 2018:

In autumn 2017 quarry operations were re-started briefly for materials for the extension of Thorshavn harbour. The blocks were taken by truck to Glyvursnes pier, where they were loaded on barges and taken to the new harbour construction site, which was off limits and not accessible. This quarry operation will last for only few more months probably.
