An underground Cu prospect located in sec. 31, T4S, R20E, 5 miles N of Aravaipa, on the west slope of limestone mountain, on Indian ceded land.

Mineralization is an irregular ore body and is a replacement deposit hosted in Tornado Limestone. An associated rock unit is mafic intrusives.

Workings include an inclined shaft. Workings are 304.8 meters long.
