A Cu prospect located in the center sec. 13, T9S, R25E, on the southeastern slopes of the Pinaleño Mountains, on National Forest land. Owned by Messrs. Don C. Adams and Pete Talley of Arizona (1954).
Mineralization is a major fault zone up to 10 feet thick, with a strike of N35W, and a near vertical dip, shattered and sheared gneiss, clayey gouge, chrysocolla, hematite, and limonite. The country rock is Precambrian granitic gneiss.
Workings include a trench about 100 feet long, 15 feet deep at its deepest.
