A serpentine deposit covering about 10 acres (4 hectares) on th3e easterly slope of Turkey Hill. Host rock is limestone. The serpentine occurs between the limestone and the Losee gneiss & is distributed through the limestone in veins and pockets in masses up to 1 foot (.3 meters) in diameter.
