A former underground asbestos-Mn mine located in sec. 20, T4N, R18E, 1½ mile E of the Seneca (Accident) group, and about 1¼ miles NNE of Seneca along routes US 60 and AZ77, on Indian Reservation land.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a linear ore body that strikes N60W, dips 15NE and is hosted in Mescal Limestone. An associated rock unit is diabase.

Workings consist of an adit, with two short left-hand branches, and are 18.29 meters long. The asbestos is ½ to 1 inch long, semi-harsh to good quality. Production was a few small shipments of asbestos which were made in 1921.
