Zard mountain (Zard is Balochi language word for yellow color) is in the central area of the Ras Koh mountains, west of Kharan. This seems to be the most detailed location name for the new brookite and anatase specimen sold under location Kharan (Balochistan, Pakistan).

See also http://www.mindat.org/loc-247132.html (apparently identical).

NOTES:
- Research to further identify Zard Mountain was not fruitful. A mountain known as Zard Top is located in Afghanistan and Zard Mountain is also a locality in Iran.
- "Ras Koh Hills" is an small mountain range in Chagai District (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ras_Koh), but may cross into Kharan District(?).
