A former underground Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-W mine. Discovered 1877. Produced 1927-1935.

Mineralization is vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Associated rock units are the Crazy Basin Quartz Monzonite and rhyolite porphyry dikes. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Concentration was oxidation at or near the surface. No alteration was noted.

Area structures include a rather massive and structureless quartz monzonite batholith.
