A former underground Au-Ag-Pb-Cu-Zn mine. Produced 1913-1916. The property had shafts which produced ore; it also has part of the Crown king dump on its northern boundaries. Claims extend into sec. 10.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation of ore at surface. No alteration was noted. An associated rock unit is the Crown King Granodiorite.

Area structures include veins parallel to regional foliation in Proterozoic rocks, which trends N20E.
