A barite-lead mine in the Gasconade Dolomite. Located about 4 miles NW of Gravois Mills. Started 1938 & closed 1943. Workings included 2 open pits. NOTE: Location of Lincoln, Benton Co. is apparently in error since that locality is far from the stated distance from Gravois Mills, Morgan Co.
