An iron mine in magnetite ore located on Warwick Mountain, about 1½ miles South of Warwick and near Greenwood Lake. One of the Warwick group of mines. Ore body was 2 to 8 feet (.6 to 2.6 meters) thick and over ½ mile (> 800 meters) long. Workings included cuts and shafts.
Also known as the Warwick Mine and/or the Warwick Uranium Mine. Located on private property. Trespassers are prosecuted.
