Kimes Crystal area, Mt Ida, Montgomery Co., Arkansas, USA

Ref.: Rocks & Min.: 63:113; Engle (1952). A quartz mine located 11 miles East of Mt. Ida. Started in the early 1930's. Mineralization is quartz veins in Womble Shale.
