Large-scale porphyry Mo-(W-Sn-Bi) deposit, consisting of veins, veinlets and disseminations in fine-grained Lanjiagou prophyritic granite (154.06 Ma, K-Ar) that intrudes the coarse-grained Hongluoshan granite complex (K-Ar isotopic ages of 178-186 Ma). The molybdenum mineralization is associated with a manganese carbonate mineralization.
