Medium-sized Zn-Pb-(Ag-Cu-W) skarn, hosted in a sequence of graphite-bearing series, including graphite-bearing biotite granulite, graphite diopside granulite, amphibolite, and graphite marbles. The intrusions are diorite and granite porphyry of the Yanshan period. The skarns occur concordantly along beddings of the strata of graphite marbles belonging to the Huanggoucha Formation of the Ji'an Group. They are overprinted by Pb and Zn deposition.
