Contact-metasomatic (stratabound, disseminated) Cu-Au deposit, hosted in tourmaline schist, quartz biotite schist and sillimanite schist at the contact with a Jurassic granite intrusion (Jwon complex).
Tungsten ores and tourmaline are mined as by-products.
