Huangshan (Huangshanxi) Cu-Ni-PGE deposit, Huangshan-Jing'erquan ore belt, Hami (Kumul; Qumul) Co., Hami (Kumul; Qumul) Prefecture, Xinjiang (Xinjiang-Uygur) Autonomous Region, China

Cu-Ni-sulphide deposit, hosted in two mafic-ultramafic intrusions into Lower Carboniferous strata of the Gandun formation. A third intrusion in the southwestern part of the ore field consists of diorite and shows no signs of mineralization. Located in the western part of the Huangshan-Jing'erquan mafic-ultramafic belt, within the Dananhu-Tousuquan island arc belt of the Kazakhstan-Junggar block.
