Gongdianzhi Fe deposit, Qian'an Mine, Qian'an Co., Tangshan Prefecture, Hebei Province, China
Banded iron formation (BIF), occurring in an overturned syncline at the northern end of the eastern ore belt of the Qian'an mine. The orebodies are stratiform to lensoid, with strike lengths of 1,200 m and a thickness of 50-70 m.
