Mamut Mine, Tuaran, Sabah, Borneo Island, Malaysia

A Cu-Au-Ag mine, located in eastern Malaysia on the southeastern slope of Gunung, 60 km due east of Kota Kinabalu. Active 1975-1999. Porphyry type Cu-Au deposit genetically related to a quartz monzonite (adamellite) porphyry stock.
