Worked on 2 north-south lodes, which converged with depth becoming narrower and less productive.
Dines H.G. 1956
The site comprises an evelated bank of spoil with an engine house and ivy covered chimney at the northern end beside the lane from Hymer Farm. The northern half of the bank is overgrown but to the south where the spoil is looser it is divided into 3 finger dumps of dark reddish sand. To the west at a lower level is a small chimney beside a building and level areas possibly dressing floors and crushing plant.
