Volcanic breccia, occurring in areas of limited extent at the extremities of Kakanui North and South Heads. The breccia contains large (up to fist-size) xenocrysts of pyrope, kaersutite and augite, as well peridotitic and eclogitic xenoliths to several cms in diameter.
