This mine is located south of the western end of Bumping Lake
It worked mineralization in a series of parallel and diverging quartz veinlets in a hydrothermally altered shear-zone.
Developments include the 450' Lower Bird adit, 80' Middle Bird adit; 160' Upper Bird adit, Red Bird adit, 9 opencuts and 2 shafts.
650lbs of sheelite were shipped in 1940
