Želénky, Duchcov (Dux), Ústí Region, Bohemia (Böhmen; Boehmen), Czech Republic

(Želénky)

Former porcelanite ("porcelain jasper") deposit in North Bohemian lignite basin. This buchite occurrence was caused by fossil burning of a coal seam.

Apart from the listed minerals, Žáček et al. (2005) describe also CaFe4O7 ferrite, BaFe12O19 (related likely to magnetoplumbite-type barium hexaferrite), Ca2SiO4, Ca7MgSi4O16 and other unidentified Ca-, Mg- and Fe-bearing phases.
