Himalaya Mine (Cooperativa Minera Cerro Negro), Cantón Cohoni, Mt Illimani, Murillo Province, La Paz Department, Bolivia
A tungsten mine located at the foot of scenic Mt Illimani, and previously owned by Fernando Killmann's Barrosquira Corporation. In 2009 the mine was forcibly taken over by the local indigenous population, and in march 2012 is scheduled to revert to the bolivian state (COMIBOL).
