The Glatfelter Tree Farm #1 by Glatfelter Pulpwood Company was started in 1947. In 2008 it was sold to Conservation Fund and transferred in 2010 to Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources as a part of Michaux State Forest. Frequently misspelled as "Gladfelter".
