A large silver-lead-zinc mine 7 miles from Colville on the South flank of Old Dominion Mountain. It worked irregular to lenticular brecciated and silicified ore bodies from 6" to 10' wide and up to 2,500' apart in Metaline Formation limestone adjacent to a fault contact with Starvation Flat Quartz Monzonite. Development consisted of about 19000' of workings. It produced $625,000 of ore from before 1897 to 1920. One report states $2,000,000 produced prior to 1897. $20,000 was produced in 1924 and it also produced from 1936 to 1940. Mills (1977) reported roughly 744,000 lbs Pb, 148,000 lbs Zn, and 342,000 oz Ag being produced
