Located .25 miles up Copper Creek from the north fork of the Skokomish River, on the north bank of Copper Creek, near the northwest corner of Lake Cushman.
The mine worked a lens shaped ore body in red limestone about 1' from its contact with Basalt The limestone is part of the Eocene Crescent Formation.
It produced one carload of ore during World War I,
