Castor Mine, Loope, Engelskirchen, Bergisches Land, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

(Grube Castor, Loope, Engelskirchen, Bergisches Land, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland)

Ancient lead and zinc mine, closed in 1913.
Several dumps are located in the Agger Valley, just north of Ehreshoven Castle. Located 2 km NW of Loope and about 4.5 km WSW of Engelskirchen.

Note on the mineral list: some identifications by Habel & Linder (2009) appear questionable (the majority are assigned a question mark in the article but not all).
