A copper prospect on Meadow Creek. It worked brecciated, sericitized granite cut by quartz veins. Development is reported to consist of 8 adits totaling 2103' of workings.

Note: There is some confusion in Huntting (1956) about this prospect. It appears that part of this prospect was merged with parts of the prospects on Mt. Tolman.
