A former fire agate mine, on the flats and slopes of the eastern aspect of the Black Mountain Range, N of Cibola and near the Colorado River. Lat-long taken from center of sec. 1, T9S, R24W. Lat-long from the center of sec. 21.
Mineralization is a deposit of fire agatae that have a flashy gold fire with occasional flashes of green or red, hosted in gravel.
