A small former surface Fluorspar-Cu mine located in sec. 6, T10N, R16W, NW of the Buckskin Mountains. Phillips gives the location as sec. 29, T10N, R17W.
Mineralization occurs in a fault zone and is hosted in limestone and is comprised of narrow fluorspar veins. The fault zone separates Precambrian granite and schist from Paleozoic or Mesozoic limestone; hydrothermal carbonate. An associated rock unit is granite.
