A W prospect located in sec. 5, T16S, R22E, 3.5 miles SW of Johnson.
Mineralization is hosted in the Texas Canyon Quartz Monzonite. The ore body is tabular. Numerous small veins in an elliptical area roughly 4000 by 2000 feet surround the large vein in the SE¼ sec. 5, T16S, R22E.
Local structures include Tertiary block faulting trending NNW. Regionally, Late Cretaceous or Early Tertiary N- to NW-trending folds and thrust faults override to the NE.
Workings include an opencut 2 feet wide, 30 feet long, and 20 feet deep.
