Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in arkose. Alteration is pyrite-gossan. An associated rock unit is quartz monzonite.
This tunnel is supposed to cut a massive NW-trending pyrrhotite vein that forms gossan along the credt of a ridge to the S, 20-100 meters into the hill. Only a little porous massive limonite on the dump. Copper silicate and possible tenorite occur in bulldozer trenches.
Workings include a tunnel with a S53W trend; 2 bulldozer trenches to the SW & WNW.
