A granite pegmatite quarried for feldspar located about 2 km west of the Frøyså farm. The pegmatite was a 20 m wide irregular body. The outher zones of the pegmatite consisted of "graphic granite" ("Skriftgranitt")- graphic intergrowns of quartz and microcline
