Lead mine, probably started before the 16th century. Main mining activities were in the 16th century by a Mr Hofkircher. The mine was last mentioned in 1804.
An adit was temporarily accessible in the 1980s.

Located south of Steinhaus am Semmering, on the north-eastern slope of the Arzberg (western slope of the Fröschitz valley).

Not to be confused with the Arzberg locality near Weiz.
