A former Sb mine located 1.9 km (6,400 feet) SSE of Antimony Peak, just S of Lone Tree Road (a dead end), which is about 10 miles NE of Hollister, CA, in San Benito County. NOTE: The Min. Rec. referencee states that this mine is located in San Benito Co.; however, the Yale Peabody/USGS GNIS database places it in nearby San Luis Obispo Co. Mindat user Mr. Thomas Barry, a local resident, confirms that it is located in San Benito County. Started in the mid-1940's and closed before 1956. Owned by R.B. Knox and now a part of the Knox estate. Workings featured 530 meters of drifts and crosscuts.
